My Sister's Birthday!
I had no class on Thursday so I went to shopping mall for my twin sisters’ birthday. It is in Bergen County, which name is Garden State Plaza. That is my favorite shopping mall, which is really big and a lot of popular shops there. I went there for my sister’s birthday gifts, but I bought mine first again. –ㅁ- kk The mall was not that crowd becuase it was weekday so I could shop step by step and slowly. Finally, I found my sisters’ birthday gifts, which were very pretty jewelries. I need to buy two different things because I have twin sisters. ^^ It is not good because I have to buy two separate gifts but they gave me just one gift on my birthday sometimes. It’s not good… kk They invited me and my friend to their birthday party on last Friday. The party was at Korean night club in NYC. We made reservation for private party room because over 20 people invited. That club’s dance floor is not that big, Korean night club is really smaller than American night club. And I also like American white club and DJs, they are much better than Korean. But we always had fun with many Korean friends. That day’s highlight was alcohol game. Someone bought a big funnel and he took it out. We were scary and think about that what he going to do for us with that? Next happening was he pours all mixed alcohol into that funnel, it runs to the tube, he goes around and give that to someone. And everybody has to drink it all. That was really tough game because some girls lay down their body after they drink it. -0- My sister’s got a lot of birthday gifts that day so I felt jealous little. kk We were dancing, singing, laughing… We had really good time at that party and we came home safe.

Difference Between Men and Women
Korean men are very traditional. For examples, they don’t like women going out without them until midnight or over midnight, but men can do that. Few years ago, the law changed women can not smoke outside to can smoke under the roof. It is very interesting because how come men can smoke anywhere? It is not fair. –0-
Men make money for support their family and men have their responsibility to take care their children. These are the mens’ parts and duties.
And most famous sports players are men and most succeed businessmen are men. Most men have active, wild jobs. But women also got many tough jobs and many professional women sports players appear recently. A lot of things changed in the world these days. How about woman president? kk Former day, womens’ parts were cooking, washing dishes, cleaning clothes, like most house working. And they like emotional things to do, like read a book, listen to music in the living room, watching drama or movies, going to concert or musical…etc… But now men and women have similar jobs and they can do together each others’ parts.

Grandmother...ㅠ.ㅠ...
I was working though bad weather today. But Wednesday is half day. And my doctor saw only three patients today because of the weather. After the work, I just came home, I cooked my lunch and I got a phone call from my aunt. It was emergency call. My grandma fell down on the living room and then she could not move anymore. My grandma is 73 years old and she had palsy on her right side before one year. She was very outgoing and talkative person when she was little younger than now. But now she can not speaking well and her motions are very uncomfortable. And she has a lot of friends but now she doesn’t want to meet them. I know that she doesn’t want to show her uncomfortable motions to them, she feels embarrass of it. My grandpa is taking care grandma by himself; however, he does not have enough power. Grandma fell down on the bed when I was going into her home. She couldn’t make smile face when she saw me but I knew that she was trying to make it but it couldn’t show like. I called 911. They just came within 5minutes and brought her to Hackensack Hospital Emergency room. And she took X-ray exam and some other exams. My aunt and I could get her result of X-ray exam and we become know she had a fracture of right hip joint so she needs surgery for fix it. I feel so sad now and I pray for her surgery tomorrow.

Last Friday was D-day...
Last Friday, I had an appointment for dating with a guy, my friend introduced him, and we just went to Korean bar and restaurant. And we talked about each other and we had a good time. I looked at my watch… time goes really fast. At that time, I could see my other friends came in same restaurant and they said “Hi” to me. Actually, I was a bridesmaid in one of my friend’s wedding last year. Her name is Seoyoung and she is one year old younger than me. She got a husband very early…kk Anyway, I saw her, her husband, and other friends there and they wanted me to join with them after my dating. And my dater also has to go home at that time. So it was good timing. ^^ I also want to join my friend’s group because of one guy. He is one of Seoyoung’s husband’s friends, very cute and kind person. And he is six years older than me; however, he doesn’t looks like, he looks very young. We already met three times before, this means I counted…kk He gave me a seat next to him every time and I already knew that…actually, we already knew that we like each other. ^^ So last Friday was D-day. I got a boyfriend and I am so happy now. ^ㅇ^

American Genocide....
I was very tired today… So I couldn't concentrate with our discussions...-_-;; But when I came home and I went to the website, which is about the Rwanda and I finished that video that we didn't finish in the class today... Two different governments (Hutu and Tutsi) made this terrible happening, a lot of Hutus and Tutsis killed them each other, most Hutus died, and many other residents just died from their conflict. So many people died within 100days and some people could survive but they still remember that day... Maybe they can not forget these days. This is really tragic and unbelievable happening. I hope that no more genocide in any country. No more tragic stories… And I also find a movie, Hotel Rwanda. I heard that this movie is a masterpiece... So I'm going to watch this when I have a time. ^^

Unbelievable~! .....
http://www.ushmm.org/museum/exhibit/online/phistories/
This link is all about the Holocaust and people’s real stories. Among them I picked Hiding section, I read it and I felt sad. A lot of Jewish children had to hide somewhere because Germans took them for work or they just kill them.
In this article, a woman who never go outside from the shack over two years when she was six years old. She just lived in the shack with her mom, she didn’t have anything to play and she didn’t have anything to eat sometimes. At that time, she always got nervous and starved. And a guy who hide behind some clothes in a bathroom closet. It was very dark probably and he also felt scary.
And other guy who need to hide his nephew in the suitcase when German was coming to their house. And he said that “You may not cry, you may not speak, and you may not say anything or shout because if you do….. Germans will take you and you will die.” At that time, his nephew was only two and half years old.
These people were so young for feel that feelings. These happenings are very sorrowful…sad….
